Meditation for those who can't, yet!
Led by Rosie Hart, Psychologist, Educator & Mum.
Are you someone who has tried meditation but found it hard, frustrating, or downright impossible?
You’re not alone! Meditation can feel challenging, especially when your mind races or the pressure to “clear your mind” feels like just one more thing you can’t do.
But what if you could begin to embrace meditation in a way that works for you — and transforms your life, just as it did for me? 10 years ago, I was in your shoes. As a psychologist I was constantly learning about the proven benefits of this practice yet I struggled and just couldn’t shut my mind off — until I discovered the right tools and approach to make it an achievable and meaningful practice.
Now, I want to share that transformation and process with you!
