This 6-week program is designed specifically for busy parents who have struggled with meditation, or anyone who has felt frustrated or defeated by traditional meditation methods. About the Facilitator:
Rosie is a psychologist and educator with years of experience in mindfulness practices. After struggling with meditation herself, Rosie spent time refining techniques that made meditation more accessible, enjoyable, and impactful. Her personal journey has allowed her to develop a compassionate, step-by-step approach to meditation that is grounded in both psychology, neuroscience and real-life experience.
Please note: The service on offer is not a regulated health service, e.g. it is not a psychology service; The participants will not be receiving psychological treatment, advice, or therapy when engaging with the non-clinical service. Nor does the program constitute a client-therapist relationship. This program is a skill development course.
