About me - Rosie Hart, Founder
Psychologist | Facilitator | Learning Specialist
With over a decade of experience as a Psychologist, facilitator and learning specialist, I help people think more clearly, adapt more effectively, and navigate life’s complexity with greater confidence and wellbeing.
My work focuses on strengthening the way people think, learn and respond under pressure, supporting healthier minds, clearer decision-making, and more sustainable wellbeing in both life and work.
My Approach
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, learning science and practical application.
I support individuals, leaders and organisations to:
-
develop clearer and more adaptive thinking
-
regulate stress and emotional load more effectively
-
navigate complexity with greater confidence
-
build healthier, more sustainable wellbeing
At its core, my work is about helping people move from reactivity and overwhelm toward clarity, steadiness, and intentional action.
Qualifications & Background
I hold three university degrees, including a Master of Learning Science and Technology from the University of Sydney.
This academic foundation shapes how I design learning and development experiences that are both evidence-based and deeply practical, bridging psychology, neuroscience and real-world application.
I have worked across education, organisational learning and leadership development, including senior roles as a Director of Learning, where I focused on designing environments that support both performance and psychological wellbeing.
My Focus
At the heart of my work is a belief that lifelong learning is not just about acquiring knowledge, it is about developing the capacity to:
-
Think differently under pressure
-
Adapt to change with greater ease
-
Regulate internal responses more effectively
-
Build healthier, more resilient minds
When these capacities strengthen, people don’t just perform better, they experience greater clarity, confidence and wellbeing in everyday life.
What I Do
Whether I am working one-to-one, facilitating workshops, or designing learning programs, my focus is on helping people:
-
Reconnect with their strengths
-
Shift unhelpful patterns of thinking
-
Make sense of complexity
-
Move forward with greater clarity and confidence
My Purpose
I see my work as helping people move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain to experiencing greater clarity, adaptability and wellbeing.
Ultimately, I aim to support people in developing healthier minds and more sustainable ways of thinking—so they can navigate complexity with greater ease and intention.
At a faster rate than ever all learners are having to adapt and change in response to our chaotic and unpredictable environment. It is those with a capacity to learn, adapt and change that will succeed. These are skills that can be taught, fostered and developed.
Learning how you learn and how to learn will give you the confidence and competence to achieve in life, develop resilience and allow you to become the best version of yourself, unlocking new opportunities for your future.
